i am a multidisciplinary artist, educator + producer, doing bits across text-based + physical theatre, audio, literature, festivals + live events– creating, curating + messily interrogating through an Afroqueer lens

i am from pre-gentrified north-east london + won’t stop banging on about it

my ongoing interest as a human working in one language is to ruthlessly + viscerally interrogate the function + utility of the bastardised language of English;

as such, my writing + making is often non-linear + anti-colonial, employing unconventional forms that disrupt notions of time + space;

orbiting around ideas of creolisation, Afro-interiority, hood surrealism + magic within carceral geographies.
